Refund policy

Because embroidery designs are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. Transactions are final when you click the "Complete Order" button, and changes to orders generally cannot be made.
 
However, there are some exceptions:

If you ordered the wrong size of an item, then we may be able to exchange it for a smaller size within a year of purchase.

If you ordered a duplicate item, then a one-time credit or gift certificate may be available within a year of purchase.

Refunds will NOT be given if you forget to put in your freebie code.
